    The footenote 2 in the print procedure will overwrite the previous footnote note 2 as well as all footnotes with higher number.
    So you are left with footnote 1 and footnote 2 of the print staement.

    Sorry ! I have a feeling it is D.
    Only Footnote2 is overwritten by the Proc print. The remaining 1, 3 and 4 will still hold good as they are global options, or till you give an explicit global statement FOOTNOTE;
